Question: itching not so much just there,, it is on my left side almost near my leg,,, it is not an infection or herpes cuz im not sexually active or never had been. i remmeber the doctor saying that my chest was too dry... so can it be dry skin from the winter?

I'd say it's just dry skin, since you're not sexually active. If it persists go to the doctor. It could also be an allergy...have your started a new soap in the shower or a new soap for the washer?
It could also possibly be an in grown hair. They are itchy and red.
