My question is about dizziness.?!
Question: Has anyone ever had very bad dizziness that caused an anxiety attacks? And then the dizziness just keep on. This happens mostly before my periods. It has got worse lately. I am 42 and have had anxiety disorder for 8 years. But the dizziness has really got me worried. I have a Doctors appointment but I was hoping maybe someone eles might know what this could be. Thank for any answers you may have.

i also have an anxiety disorder & i've had panic attacks with dizziness, especially when i first started taking birth control, my doctor told me it was probably just a hormonal change & nothing to worry about. it did eventually get better.
all the time when i am layind down and i get up in a hurry i get real dizzy and all i see is purple dots but no 1 else in my family has this problem! so i have tryed to start to get up a lot slower! Report It

I have the same problem - I'd get dizzy and lightheaded right before my period. Lately though, I've been dizzy, but I am thinking it is because of my meds. Back in the fall when I was having a HUGE problem with my meds (birth control pill) at one point I felt sssoo dizzy I felt drunk.
You could also try eating when you get dizzy - sometimes that's really all that you need to do.
