Ok... my advice to you is wait a week or two and take another pregnancy test... I say this because I, like you, stopped taking the pill because I thought I was pregnant. Turns out I was! Got pregnant (with twins) on the pill. I did have increased sensitivity w/ my nipples but no bloating. Some sickness, but mostly when my belly was empty... after eating I'd be fine. I have been on the pill for 9 years and in my experience I have not had these symptoms when coming off of the pill... just when I was pregnant. When I came off the pill I had a VERY heavy period that lasted about 8 days as compared to the nice, light 3-4 days that I normally have w/ the pill. Plus, I was increasingly bitchy and sore. lol But we won't go there. Take care of yourself and eat healthy just in case you do have a little one in there. The beginning is the most crucial time in development. Get lots of folic acid, iron, and calcium and try to get to see a doctor for a blood test. Good luck!

The pills can mess you up so just be patient. You were on them a long time. Your body has to get back to nature!

Taking these hormones in the pill, it screws with our natural cycle. We have to go through what we went through the first time we began having periods. That's only normal. I think we are poisoning ourselves with putting such strong hormones in us that they over ride our own. But don' worry, your body just has to find out what it's supposed to do now. Every woman is different, and are gonna come off the pill differently. Whether or not you are pregnant, it sure wouldn't hurt to do those things that you would do just as if you are. Get a good woman's multi-vitamin from the health food store, and eat healthy. Good luck
peace

Coming off the pills will definitely do wonders to your body. Just have to be patient.
