You can have sex whenever you want, but I would suggest you use a back up method until you've gone through a whole cycle of pills.
They say a week, some people like to wait longer, but you can now if you want.
You should always use a condom even though you are on birth control pills. The pills may protect from pregnancy, but they DO NOT protect you from sexually transmitted diseases.
You need to wait a month... You should have been told this by your Doctor..
You don't have to "wait", just use another form of contraception (condoms, etc.) for about a month after you started. That'll be your best bet :)
Im pretty sure you have to go through one whole cycle first for it to work.
A month since you started taking them.
each medication is different. My doc always told me to wait 3 weeks to be safe. (that was with 2 different meds) if you look you medication up...you can run a google search, it should tell you in drug facts. HOWEVER....birth control is not 100% accurate....at all. You should wear a condom or practice another birth control method. ESPECIALLY if you are on a birth control pill that causes you to skip your period for 3 months at a time, because if you would accidentally become pregnant in the first month of the new cycle, you wouldn't know for an entire 3 month period, and it can really affect and harm the baby that you would be carrying.
