Bananas sometimes helps.
Water.
Sleeping.

Pamprin or Midol

They contain a pain reliever, a diuretic to relieve water retention, and an anti-spasmodic to control uterine contractions (cramps).

Take a pill as soon as you notice your symptoms develop, especially if cramping is routine and predictable for you.

no no no midol sucks pamprine works good also lemons it help when i had contractions so i think itd defintaly help cramps.

Midol or Advil, ThermaCare heat wraps or a heating pad, and limiting your caffeine intake. A nice hot bath can help too.

The best way...and I am serious....is to have an orgasm. It's a cure all!!! If you are too young for that try a warm bath, and chamomile tea.

drink very strong hot black tea or salty water

Any pain medication and then sometimes it helps if you relax with some soft music with a heating pad (If you do not have a heating pad use a sock with rice in it heated up)!! Sometime's it helps if you drink a lot of water!!

The best way to help cramps is to take Tylenol minstrel pills and put a hot water bottle or a hot compress on the cramping area. Try this and I'm sure you will see how it works.

they have those heating things you stick on your belly to help the camping i think make by thermo care. while at home take a heating pad place it on your belly, the heat relaxes the muscles. also laying on your back and point your toes and reach your hands way above your head and doing basic streaches helps too. and make sure you drink lots of water and juices. when you say meds is it the otc kind like midal? if it is you can have your doctor give you a low dosage birth control that helps with all the cramping and sickness. best of luck

Make some ginger tea. It warms your body from the inside and works wonders! Ibuprofen works great.

try midol or taking a long hot shower or bath or try using heating pads you could aslo talk to your doctor about going on birht control depending on how old you are. that is what i had to do and it was the best thing i did.

drink hot tea take pills and sleep it go away
