Ovarian cyst....?!
Question: im concerned something is going on- on and off since last night i have had achy pelvic pain, occasional warmness in my lower abdomen, nausea, and lightheadedness... ive already had my appendix out, and am not constipated. my temp hasnt gone higher than 99.5 could this be a cyst, stomach bug, or something more? when do i stop putting up with the pain and go to the emergency room? (im 22 years old, female) thanks!

Could be anything from a stomach bug to a cyst to an ectopic pregnancy. If the pain gets worse, go to the emergency room. But you should call your gyno and try to set up an appointment now for tomorrow. Tell them you're in pain and how long it's been since your last period.
