I had that start happening to me when I was 18. I went to the dr and he put me on birth control. He said the pain was from me ovulating. Well I am now 36 and have had that problem every period. I went in a few days ago and had a hysterectomy and while they were in there, they found a cyst on one of my ovaries that had also attached itself to my uterus and a few other things in there as well. I would ask to have an ultrasound done on your ovaries just to make sure. The pain gets worse as you get older, take it from me.

My wife had similar pains..turned out to be ovarian cysts.

could be a cyst, or endometrosis or just regular pains.
Pelvic pain is just a pain in the you know what because most of the time its unexplained and drs wont have answers for you.
have you had an ultrasound to check for anything? You should if you have not. That way you can be at ease if nothing shows up. Good luck

I had the same thing.. and still have it every so often sometimes very painful and sometimes not, but after the 2nd month of this happening (almost a year ago now) I went to my doctor and he told me it wasnt cysts and it was something that birth control could stop and i cant remember what he called it... but it was something totally normal.. however it could be cysts also, and I would go get it checked out cause you just never know.
