Can this be Menopause?!
Question: okay in November l never had a period in December l came on. lm finding that l can be cold one minute and hot the next but l also have a overactive thyroid as well. l been getting alot of headaches and cramps. so lf l ever get operated on for this would this affect my thyroid? cause my doctor only has me on a betta blocker pill for my thyroid to control my blood pressure and my heartbeat. but would menopause affect this cause l also find that l can be very moody.

You did not say how old you are but I presume it does not matter much. What you need to do is go back to your doctor or to a gynecologist and ask for a blood test to check your hormonal level. The results will indicate if you are menopausal or not, we can;t say here. I am not sure what operation your talk about but all these questions what will effect your thyroid or your being menopausal are questions your doctor must answer i.e. a professional, not us.
