Question: I have my period...and its heavier than usual and im bleeding in clots. Im not pregnant and i've never had my period this heavy and its getting kinda messy and i wanna go out today but im scared it'll get on my clothes and just end up in embarrassment. What should i do???

You can wear a tampon and a pad. Or two pads, just open them up and get the plastic out and wrap toilet paper around to hold them together.

Wear a tampon and a pad. be very aware and change often.
if you are passing clots, depending on their size I would not recomend using a tampon as they only absorb blood..the clots would just be stuck there until you changed the tampon. Also, if this is not normal for you then I would talk to your doctor asap. It may be nothing but you should be on the safe side. Good luck and feel better.
