Abnormal smear result & trying for a baby?!
Question: I had borderline changes on my last smear 6 months ago - we are now trying for a baby and I have a follow up smear to see if the cells have corrected themselves on Tuesday.
Should be hold off trying for a baby this month incase action is needed?

I would hold off- in most cases, borderline smears will resolve themselves, but it can't harm just to wait this month to make sure. If it has progressed, it is generally best to treat it before pregnancy because the hormone changes in pregnancy can make bad cells grow faster.
It is very advisable just to be on the safe side but hopefully all will be well
While we have no idea what the abnormality is, nor are we doctors, you really need to ask while you are at your doctor.

Wait and see what this next pap says...chances are if you had borderline changes it'll probably just go away on its own anyway.
