I have these boil like lumps around my vagina?!
Question: And they are very painful.
I have abot 4 big ones and lots of tiny ones.
They don't have a head, it slike they are under the skin.
How can I get rid of them, I'm worried none will want me because they will think I am dirty cause of the boils.
I'm 13.
I'm black btw, would that have anything to do with it, since I am more prone to ingrown hairs?

I think you may have what is called Bartholin's cysts. They are nothing much to worry about but you do need to see you doctor just to be sure and they can give you something (usually some antibacterial cream that is safe for use in that area) to get rid of them. You need to see a doctor about that. It may be ingrown hairs but that doesn't sound good. If you shave that does raise the chances of ingrown hairs.
They could be ingrown hairs, did you shave or wax? You should talk to your mom and maybe see a doctor.
Get to the docs, if you touch a cold sore then touch there i think you can cause an infection to spread down there. I sounds like you defo need to go see your doc, don't leave it as it might get worse.

These are called Bartholin's Cysts. They do tend to clear up on their own but if they persist see your doctor and they will help you. Lots of women get them and they have nothing to do with race or sexual activity. They are not a sign of being dirty, they are perfectly normal.

It sounds like ingrown hairs, and don't worry, it doesn't make you dirty at all.
See your doctor as it is an area of your body that is more prone to infection what with all the wee and stuff.

Are you glands sore? You have lymph glands in your groin area, under your arms and beneath you tongue, when you push those areas do they ache? Are you running a fever? It could be that these lumps are due to an infection (not an STD) or a virus. Go to the doctor. I don't think it's probably anything but you want to be reassured.

It's not impossible for you to catch a STD (such as genital warts and herpes) from a contaminated toilet seat or bath towels... but it could just be ingrown hairs or boils even pimples.
i would go to the doctor and/or talk to my mom it sounds like an std but if you r a virgin then i dont think you do and something random if you have ever shared jeans or underwear with a girl b4 and she had an std you could get it but it had to be on external std though but i would not mess with them and make sure you wash your hands good and alot

you are not dirty but you need to go to the doctors and get them checked out but what ever you do don't pick them because you will make them sore, and will make matters worse, so just go and see the Doctor he will have a look and sort them out before they get any worse, don't worry just go and get it sorted, boils are not caused by being dirty 9 times out of 10 boils are caused by rich food or a lack of something in your blood so go and see the doctors because it sounds to me as if they are whats known as blind boils and they are really painful
sounds like you have small cysts or boils. go and see the doctor who will be able to help you.
also don't listen to that person whos says you can get STD'S from toilet seats. YOU CAN'T it's an old wives tale. ask your doctor about this one as well to put your mind at rest.
