Panic Attack?!
Question: so I had to go to the library today to finish my book report. it really sucked because there was only one seat...next to my ex of whom i still have feelings for. i was in there for about 30 mins. i must have been taking some really short shallow breaths because by time i got out of there i couldn't breath. when i was finally able to breath i felt like i had just run the mile or something. i ended up going back to art but i had to put my jacket in font of my face so no one would ask me what was wrong. i was just wondering if this was a panic attack bc i havn't had one b4 or is it just me freaking out?

Yes, I suffer from panic attacks and can tell you I hate it! Shortness of breath, cold sweats, chest pain, etc are all symptoms of a panic attack. The best thing is to drink some water and sit still for a few minutes. Tell yourself everything is okay and give it a few minutes.
I feel for you, hun! :)
it probably is
well I rrealy don't think this was a panic attack maybe a not very severe form of one but when you have panic attacks as i have had for 10 years now you usually sort of feel detached from yourself your heart beats super fast your mind and thoughts race and you may feel sick you may feel like your hands or feet are numb and sometimes they can actually cause you to see things hope this helps
