Yes it is absolutely normal. You're probably just going through that stage. and no its not just you a lot of people do it. but they don't really talk about it because it embarrases them

It's definitely normal! You always hear stories of guys having embarrassing moments in school, but stuff like that happens to girls too, it's just not really visible.
It can be really intense and stressful, but try to take the edge off some other way.
