Hey. I'm Rianne, and I'm 15. I think I know what you're going through.

About the beginning of June, I had the same symptoms as you. I told my mom, because there was so so much blood, and it hurt really bad.

She made me go to the doctor, who gave me some painkillers and things.

They thought it was endometriosis, but it wasn't.

They told me that I had a hormone imbalance.

Its been bad. I've been on lots of different medicines, and had transfusions and numerous doctors appointments and gyno appointments.

Its finally getting better, though.

Need advice or anything? I'd tell you more, but I'm babysitting, and I can't be on long.

But if you want to email me (unkanny93@yahoo.com) or MySpace me (I'd give you the link in an email) please feel free.

Honestly, you're not alone. And I know its frightening. But you have to convince your mom that your health is important and you need to see a doctor.

Good luck!

If you think this is bad, just wait til you're in childbirth.

if you can take ibuprofen like tylenol for pain then thats supposta help, my doctor said to use that instead of midol

You NEED to go to a doctor. Pain like that is not normal, especially with a change in the way you're flowing.

I'm so sorry sweetheart. I really don't know what to tell you. You really should see a doctor. I wish I could give you a hug. :(

Welcome to having a period. Just stick it out, take a warm bath, take aspirin and try working out a little. You will survive, we all have.

It's going to take a long time for your periods to get regular, and that may cause pain as your ovaries may be releasing slightly more eggs than you should be. Ovulation can often be very painful. The only suggestion I have is that you take an anti-inflammatory, like motrin. I'd ask the pharmacist to point out a non-brand motrin to save money.
I hope you feel better soon.
peace

Have you been sexually active? It almost sounds like a miscarriage. If you haven't been, then it could just be a bad period. They can get really bad. I have had a few that i'm bedridden for an entire week. Your flow (especially as young as you are) can change drastically month to month. You might want to ask your mom about talking to your doctor about birth control to regulate and control your periods. Also, try to control stress in your life. it can really affect it as well.

good luck, hon. it'll get better, hopefully.

Take three to four ibuprofen every five or six hours. This will cut down on the pain and the bleeding.
