Could I get back problems?!

Question: I just read up on another question and people said that having breasts that are too big may result in back problems. Is this really true?? And some said that how big you are matters. I'm 15. I'm a 34D. I'm 5'1 and 125 lbs. Could I really get back problems??

Overly large breasts CAN contribute to pain in the back and shoulders. This is what's meant by "back problems" but having large or heavy breasts doesn't create physiological damage (such as spinal deformity).

If you are suffering from back, neck, or shoulder pain then you may want to discuss with your doctor your options regarding breast reduction. If they aren't causing you discomfort than just practice GOOD support and proper posture and hopefully you can stave off future problems.

You can. Make sure your bras provide proper support for your back too.

Yes, the weight causes you to have poor posture which inturn puts stress on your vertebrae and muscles causing pain.

Yes, Huge **** = Back problems.

Yes. i have always had back problems from having big boobs. I breast fed and they got smaller and the pain stopped.

I knew one lady who had to have breast reduction because of it. It looked like she lost weight, but it fixed her back problem.

A good supportive bra will definately help. The ones with wide shoulder straps and at least 3 hooks in the back.

well you're like 20lbs overweight, so you could stand to lose some and your boobs will probably shrink when you do, but back problems are caused by weak muscles being over worked. If you workout your back muscles and get them strong they can support DD's and bigger with no problem.

Ohhhhh yea, definitely. I'm 13 and I'm a D. I'm 5'6 or so, and average weight for my age. I have back problems already. I'm going to need reduction surgery once I'm done with having kids (the surgery risks breast feeding ability).

yes you could have back problems. Mine started right around when I was a D. Try doing lots of stretchs to help strengthen your back muscles. it will really help.

Yes... carrying the extra weight is rough on your back... making sure you are wearing the right bra is critical to ladies with this issue. Have a professional fitting and buy top quality.

its possible
