Pain on the left side is usually gas pain. Try lying on your stomach with your knees tucked up under you and your bottom in the air. Try to relax and this will usually help you pass the gas. If you are constipated, this can cause painful gas. You may need to eat fiber or drink prune juice or Vitamin C or something to get your stools moving if you are constipated.

gas

Nothing, your stomach is just hard at work. Don't worry.

get midol

lots of things could be wrong.. including nothing at all
go to a doctor to get a full check-up. That's the only way to make sure
Go ASAP
Good luck
happy holidays

If it hurts really badly- it could be an ovarian cyst....I've been there. It hurt so badly that I went to the hospital. But, there is nothing that they can do except give you pain medicine- which you probably need.

you might have intestinale blockage, if the pain presist see a doctor or health physicain right away. Gas is anouther way to obtain that pain.

It is natural for a women to have this symptom during the period. Please drink mineral water and relaxing do not stress working or study. Please take a food follow the exact time.It will gone after period.Trust me.

get a check up asap
your intestines could be tied up seriously
GET A CHECK UP

CALL YOUR DOCTOR AND TRY TAKING SOME TUMS JUST IN CASE ITS GAS

if its cramps type of pain ,, drink water only for a week. you can also drink tea. if its musle pain then , it could of caused during when u were sleeping. sex could also cause pain like that

The best suggestion that I have for you is to go to the doctor. This pain could be many different things, some people Have a little menstrual cramping when they ovulate. It could be something as simple as a urinary tract infection. Sometimes people have pains like that from STD's. Maybe appendix. There is so many different one can come up with. Just go to the doctor and don't self diagnosis yourself.

There is a few things it can be - gas, appendicitis etc if it is bothering you and persists you should see a doctor.

But what I would say is more likely, based on when you period is due, is ovulation pain. This occurs when the egg is released from one of the ovaries.

I have included a link - check it out and see if it fits in with your symptoms

First things first...all these people saying it could be appendicitis are WRONG. Your appendix is on the right side. It is true that gas pains stem from your left side. An ovarian cysts is also a possibility. I have one and it feels just like period cramps only worse and usually just on the side that it is on. Go to your doctor. They may want to do an ultra sound to see if it is a cyst. Good luck!
