In a way its not natural. Its a exit not a entrance BUT its not a bad thing. If that's your turn on then who can say its unnatural. It can and will be painful the first time. But with a patient partner and lots of lube it can be quite pleasurable. Its not something to be done on a whim or if you are not comfortable about it. Its not as bad as people let on and as far as kinks got this is pretty vanilla.
Alot of people who talk about it have never even tried it. So you need to be careful where you get your information.
