For some women, yes. It's not unusual. Having them all the time isn't the norm, but it's not bad either.

Try drinking more water. I find that the very last thing I want to do during and before menstruation is drink water (all I want are chocolate milk shakes, lol) but I also find that increasing my water intake make my period less of a drama-fest.

Blot clots are normal but should not be bigger than an half dollar coin. If they are, you need to see your doctor to make sure you didn't have a miscarriage. Good luck, God bless, and Merry Christmas!

Dark brown or black clots in your menstruation are usually a part of the endometrium (uterine lining) shedding and nothing to be concerned about

Yea.
I get them a lot, but never bigger than a dime.
so I might talk to someone if they're bigger than that :]
Not to freak you out... xD

It's normal to have blood clots. I get it every time i get my period.

Now that I'm older I started to have some clotting. They weren't really "pretty good size", though. But, the clots were causing terrible cramps. Dr put me on Yasmin and the clots, and most of the cramping, are gone.

Merry Christmas to you too :)

Blood cloth are normal. all depend on how big the blood cloth. You'll need check your doctor as far your concern.

Wishing you Happy Holiday...

u need to definately go to the doctor..specifically the gyno of course..my mom had this problem n thought it was normal possibly..eventually it just kept going on like that..it was to late by the time she finally figured out the clots were building up and up and uppp..she had to have her uterus taken out and the after pain was painful..6 months of no heavy lifting(only cuz it had gotten so bad from waiting)..so u should get that checked out ASAP!
