No - It is not bad. And you will grow bigger with time.
I was a 32A when I was your age - a cyclist with a very low body fat index. I thought I would never grow. Then I hit 23 or so, and my hormones began to change. I kept growing slowly and by the age of 30, I am a 34D. I can't stand them this size. I am only 5', and they are too big for my frame.
My advice is to not do anything for drastic. There is no reason to. You sound like a very good size for your age.
And honestly, why do you really want them any bigger? You sound like you are perfect.

That is a perfectly normal size.
You probably aren't done growing, anyway. Some women are still developing into their early 20's. I gained a whole cup size at 21. They also fluctuate with weight gain / loss and pregnancy.
There really isn't anything you can do to make yourself grow faster. That isn't what makes you special, anyway. Just concentrate on being healthy.

34B is not a "bad" size (not like there are any to begin with but that's another story). In fact, I'd say it's a really great size to have because it's one of the most commonly sold. This means you'll always have ample choice of what type/style/color of bra you want to wear! Women who have very large breasts generally have limited selection in stores and sometimes have to special order. You don't want to deal with that hassle.
Nope, my best friend is 17 and a 34B. Sometimes having larger breasts doesn't look right on certain people. For example my other best friend is going on 16 and she's a 34A and if she was any bigger I'd be a little scared. Maybe it seems like it's easy for me to say cuz I'm 16 and a 34D and used to be a 32DD but all breasts are beautiful and if there are ways to speed growth, they probably aren't healthy. You should be proud of them though... Breasts are beautiful and come in all shapes and sizes. Depending on your body type 34B might be just right for you.

34B is a good size not to small but not to big im an 32AA and my sisters a 36D she has reallybad back problems to

*i just read on someone elses' question and an answer about rubbing your breasts in circles or something so i guess it's possible, just sounds so.. disturbed.. if you're really unhappy you could get implants but not only is it unhealthy, it's fake.
