Wow I'm surprised a fellow female would do such a mean thing like pull your tampon out of your pocket in front of people, unless she really didn't know what it was. I leaked once but I really don't know if anyone noticed before I did. Luckily I wear a lot of extra sweaters so I quickly put it around my waist. I don't think I've ever had anyone tease me about it. I think it's a little immature. So, I'm sorry you have to deal with idiots like that. Don't worry it will get better.

Because some people really don't know when to just. GROW UP. They're obviously not mature yet.

heh sucks to be you
thankfully
i got a willy
so i dont leak

I actually sometimes love to tell my bf that i am on my period....means no sex haha kinda my break time and i can just be not as "well kept" down there.

girly, their immature, and apparently they dont have
a life or anything else to do.
as you get older, its gonna become something
thats not so noticable, the boys wont act immature.
and you'll feel comfortable to talk about it.
and you shouldnt leak if your wearing a panny liner
along your underwear with your tampon..

its okay.. juss keeep doing yo thang!! and ignore them.

Yeah, pretty much every girl has a story like this.....
And some guys can be pretty immature about it. But it's a part of life, so it helps if you can laugh it off too. Boys don't know what to do when they get embarrassed, (and period talk embarrasses them) so they get goofy and silly.
Don't pay any attention, and laugh it off, and it will go away.

haha yea :]
when im on it,
i feel so emotional and i get the worst cramps
and i sit there and cry and people make fun of me
like 2 days ago
i had REALLLY bad cramps
and so i was crying
and my friend made fun of me
and soo i was like
"Do you want me to stab you in the stomach with a knife and
show you what it feels like?"
and he started laughing.
:[
it was funny though
ahhaha

no i'm not in highschool or junior high. My husband doens't laugh when i'm on and he doesnt tell the guys he works with because it's personal. when you get older you'll get over it. it ends after high school i promise

haha i was at my dads house when i thought i first started and so my mom called him and was like yelling and like "SHES COMING TO MY HOUSE! IF U SAY ANYTHING TO HER...EERRRRR!" it was really funny but kinda embarrassing
and i have a couple of guy friends and they can kinda tell guess cause whenever im on or moody they call me a "pms-ing bit*h
haha

Millions of women all over the world have their period. It's natural, biological; it's nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. It sounds to me like you are hanging out with some very immature people (guys and girls). Guys don't really understand a woman's menstrual cycle. They laugh and joke about it because they are ignorant. (One of my ex-boyfriends thought it only lasted one day.) You don't have to explain your purse-toting to anyone, especially those fools.

the best way to get a guy neurvous is just talk about it... when they tease you about it they are looking for a reaction... if they ask you whhy you are taking your purse with you.. take out a tampon and say i need it...

no but once i asked my friend for a tampon and her bf thought we were whispering about him and made a big deal about it. i told my friend just to tell him what we were whispering about but she wouldnt cos she was pissed off he didnt beleive her when she said we werent talking about him. i went home and in the end i think she told him but he didnt beleive her. guys can be so weird.

As I am married 23 years, I don't think my husband cares one way or another now.
When my Mum first told me about "them" it was all secretive and "don't let the boys know". I have 5 brothers, so that wasn't easy.
I have three girls and a boy and when the girls started to menstruate I told my son what was happening, so that he would grow up and know it was normal and natural. It was a good thing to do. I'm sure his girlfriend would agree.
Its a pity it seems to be a taboo subject. If it was accepted as just another part of life, then you wouldn't get this sort of nonsense happening. I guess you will just have to wait until those boys and girls grow up.

Young boys can be such idiots at times. I remember one of them got ahold of a tampon my senior year, and colored it with red marker, then he stuck it in the drinking fountian and threw it at someone. It was SO mean, and I felt so bad for the person it hit. I don't know why guys can't grow up a little bit faster.

Oh well. It's life, I guess. We're girls. We get our periods. Nothing we can do about it.

We had this beach party at the end of 8th grade with the whole grade
My friend and I wouldn't swim (we were on ours) so our guy friends were bugging us, trying to ask why
We tried to just tell them not to ask,
Finally my friend wispered it to one of them and they ran away feeling really embarrased
They didn't bug us after that though
