Foot and Back Massage Techniques?!
Question: I want to be able to give a good massage for my fiance. I try to do the best I can as it is, but I know I'm not great, and I want to be able to make her feel good in this way. Other than rubbing while applying pressure I don't have a clue what to do... Any advice on technique or even links to websites with easy to understand advice would be most appreciated.

first of all get some minty lotion because mint is relaxing and refreshing then massage it into her feet ... make sure to massage her plenty in the arch of her foot and each individual toe. its even better when you go half way up her leg ... or if its a certain kind of massage, then go all the way up!!
try different kinds of oils for her back ... light up some candles and have her as relaxed as she could possibly be!! you might wanna go and get yourself a pedicure and maybe even a back massage ... and that way you know the best way to massage her!! its not only a woman thing, and dont worry about not being manly enough .. because once she's finished getting her massage she can rub her feet against yours and they will feel just as soft ... she'll like that!!
