What does it mean if to have -1.5 eye sight?!
Question: What does it mean if to have -1.5 eye sight?
Answers:
This means you are nearsighted (myopia).
Simply put, your eye has too much power on its own which makes things in the distance blurry. So if you take away some of that power with a negative prescription, you can correct it.

There is no way you can predict that. The Snellen visual acuity chart is a completely different system than diopters of refractive error and there is no way to predict one from the other.
I am an optometry intern.
It means you can read the 20/70 line from standing 20 feet away without correction.
It means you are nearsighted.
