Should I get my money back or just let it go?!
Question: Should I get my money back or just let it go?
Answers:
I'd go back. we don't mind these, really. some people just can't get used to progressives. the only time we get irritated is when the patient is ultra rude about it and/or says/implies that we did something wrong.
but just "failure to adapt" is no biggie. be nice & ask for them to make it into some other lens for you: flat top bifocal or single vision lenses. they'll probably do it for no charge. we do that all the time

Sounds like they are more generous in the US. Here in Britain they do warn you heavily that you miay not like progressives - then its up to you. If you don't get on with them then you have to pay for a new lens.
Why aren't you actually getting on with them - you don't say. I got some recently and despite heavy warnings am happy with them. However I loathe them outside but dont' have to worry as I use contacts for that. I did have to adapt teh way I sat to do things slightly - is that possibly your problem?
if they'll refund, do it.
its a recession... get your money
