the 20-80 you can live with, the 20-200 is close to blind.
I had those readings after a trabeculectomy . . . for Glaucoma problems...
20/20 is not the best vision a person can have. It is just considered to be normal vision. There are people who have better than 20/20 vision. My sister has 20/10 vision which is better than normal. If your vision is correctable with eyeglasses or contact lenses, then you are fine. Your left eye has closer to normal vision than your right eye. There is no 1-10 rating system when it comes to vision.
Having 20-20 vision is the best you can have.
