Can reading glasses trigger a bout of dizziness?!
Question: Can reading glasses trigger a bout of dizziness?
Answers:
You shouldnt use reading glasses for working on the computer as it is a different distance. Make sure you wear glasses prescribed for computer work while on the computer. Its like looking a computer screen with a magnifing glass if you dont.
You also could be like me in that you dont like drinking water. Try and have different trypes of squash to help falvour water. Just having coffee and coke wont help the dizziness.

Most likely the reading glasses did not cause your dizzy spell and I would agree, reading glasses are for newspapers, magazines or anything you are holding in your hands to read. Computer screens are not in your range for reading glasses. Now, most dizzy spells are caused from an inner ear problem and not from reading glasses.

You can get dizzy from being dehydrated. That's why water will help. Reading glasses are for reading I don't use them on the computer. If you are worried about your eyes an eye exam is the only thing that will help.
I think that you probably need better prescription glasses.
A month? You are only supposed to only put them on to read.
And yes they can,not drinking water may contribute to it too
