How long should you keep contacts out?!
Question: How long should you keep contacts out?
I just got contact lenses and the doctor told me to keep them in four only four hours the first day. Then every day after that leave them in for another two hours so my eyes can get used to them. My question is how long should I keep them out before I put them back in? If I put them in at 7 in the morning and take them out at 7 at night when should I put them back in?

The next day....
First day 4 hours, 2nd day 6 hours, 3rd day 8 hours 4th day 10 hours, 5th day 12 hours...then you take them off for the rest of the evening, then start over the next day again...for 12 or 14 hours max.
