This is sort of a bizzarre question, do you just want to wear glasses because a lot of your friends have them, or you just want them as a sort of fashion accessory? If so, there is no need to mess up your eyes, you can order glasses with fake (no-power) lenses at most of the on-line eyeglasses sites (you don't need a prescription because they don't actually correct anything). Some of the stores that sell other fashion acessories are carrying fake glasses as well, as they seem to be in style right now. PS, you can't actually make your self near/farsighted, most of the things people say wreck your vision, (reading in the dark, sitting close to the TV, playing a lot of video games, etc) just give you headaches, or cause eyestrain.

Foolish child, just ask someone to poke a knife into your eyes and then you will probably be irreversibly blind. Why would anyone in their right mind even consider anything that would impair their vision, even a little?
