I believe surgery is your only option. Therapy or patching won't help at your age.

There are different types of strabismus, and different types of adaptations that your brain can make to each type. Vision therapy is a legitimate option, but without knowing the full extent of what's going on with your vision, it's impossible to give you a good answer. The best option is to find a developmental optometrist that specializes in strabismus, and have your vision evaluated. The doctor can then give you a better answer to whether therapy can help. Surgery can help with the cosmetic appearance of your eyes, but it does not correct the adaptations your brain has made to compensate for your strabismus. Surgery alone without vision rehabilitation therapy is like someone having knee replacement surgery without going in for physical therapy to learn how to use the new knee.

Have you considered surgery, you wont feel a thing, I know that does not answer your question but its a couple of hours to cure the eyes.
