Question: Sometimes when I go to bed at night,!?
I relax myself as much as I can!. When I relax my face I close my eyes and sometimes I see little flashes at the bottom of my eyes!. Does anyone know what this strange phenomenon is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the body makes a chemical called phospheen it is what helps you see light and shadow and different shades of color like the difference between white and eggshell you don't produce as much when you sleep but you still have a lot when you first lie down it can cause the little flashes its just part of the shut down process before sleep I get it toWww@Answer-Health@Com
Get it checked out by a doc!. I was told once that with high blood pressure this is something to be careful of!. Thats if u have high bp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
