Question: Are sore eyes a sign of eye fatigue!?
i have been at the computer for days trying to get several papers written for school!. since yesterday, when i blink, roll my eyes or move them laterally, i feel soreness in the eyeball area in my head!. (this grosses me out talking about it)

could be both, but i know my eyes get really sore like you are describing when i am at the computer too long and if i dont have the light on they seem to get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably a little of both!. Are you taking eye-breaks from the computer every so often!? They used to recommend 15 minutes off every hour, but I think that's ridiculous!. Maybe 15 minutes away from a CRT (and that includes TV!) after three hours!.

That and a lack of rest usually!. The stress too! Mostly the strain of looking and staring though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
