Try not to wear them for too long!. If that isint possible, try changing your solution!. Some solutions are specially for long term use!. Call and ask your optometrist whats best ( ecspecially if you have specific eye problems )!. I sometimes have this problem when I take out my contact lenses!. I have dry eyes and the lenses irritate them if I wear them too long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
