Well I got contacts!.
My I got my first order in today!.!.
There are 90 contacts [45 pairs]
They are daily contacts!.
My optometrist said they should last about a year!.!.!.[wearing them everyday]
I read though online not to reuse daily contacts!.

Might they have meant your Rx strength should last a year without needing re-checking/altering!?

The worst incidence of eye infections comes from those who try to "stretch" the life of their contacts!.
But there are "daily wear" lenses where the term simply means they are not to be slept in!. There, the design life is two or four weeks, depending on brand, and you will have been issued cleaning/disinfecting solution to use on the lenses when taken out and a case to keep them in!.

You can't reuse the daily wear contacts!. You are supposed to throw them away when you take them out of your eyes!. Maybe the optometrist meant that the prescription for the contacts will last for a year, because almost all contacts lens prescriptions are written for one year and they expire at the end of that!. So, there might be a miscommunication here!. 45 pairs of daily wear contacts will last you 45 days if you wear them everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
90 days Also known as a 3 months supply, is how optical sell a supply in-case you don't have enough to buy the whole year supply!. Most places offer a year supply and give you the prices!.

They miscommunicated or were mistaken in wear times!. Your prescription will need to be updated in a year, but you need to reorder contacts in about 35 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
