There are two different things that happen in this instance!.
1!. Diplopia, this will actually give the person double vision and is usually corrected by adding prism to their prescription lenses to pull the eyes to focus together!.
2!. Amblyopia!. This is when the brain actually shuts down the signals coming from one eye!. So they see a single image one eye at a time, but have great difficulty with depth perception!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is in squint that we see the eyeballs go in different directions!. The squint may be convergent, divergent or alternate type, where such patients generally see normally with one eye (ie!., the dominant eye) where the fovia is well developed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think they have a dominant eye, so they mainly see what the dominant eye is seeing!. i have a lazy eye, so i usually see only what my left eye sees and have no idea what my right eye is seeing!.
