Rebuilding Vision?!

Question: Those things like the Rebuild your Vision program (http://www.rebuildyourvision.com/) , do they work? If not, they must contain some truth to their exercises right? Otehrwise how else would they still have a fully operation website and premesis. (somewhere in Washington I think, if you live there, plz tell)

I tried it and it didn't help my vision at all nor did it make my eyes stronger. Its actually a modern interpretation of the Bates Method. The Bates Method teaches that relaxing of the mind and the eye muscles produces better vision. The fact of the matter is there are tons of people who are relaxed and have extreme myopia. And there are tons of people with anxiety or strain there eyes on the computer 24/7 with perfect vision. The reason they make money is because people get sucked into it. All the modern optometrists have totally rejected the method and principles of Bates as psuedoscience. No matter how relaxed you make your eyes they are gonna be the same size, and shape. Also, no matter how much you exercise your eyes they are gonna be the same strength. They are actually over 100x stronger than what is needed to move your eye.

Its not a big deal that they offer a 100% money back guarantee! I see almost every homemade program offer that. I don't think I'll get my money back sense I don't even know how to contact them. Tons of people like myself end up just paying it up because they wait to long to return it, are to lazy with the hassle, or do find some benefits from the program and don't feel like it was all bad. Plus, I don't even know if they actually fulfill there promise money back guarantee in the first place. I guess it doesn't really matter because the materials they give you probably cost them about $5 to produce.

Help with eyestrain? Temporarily yes. Improve vision? No.

I highly recommend to not even waste your time with that program or any program for that matter. I've wasted 4 years of my life going from one false program to another.

Only way to find out, is to try it yourself of course! It seems alright....but still believable listen to the peoples comments on the site that might give you some reassurance.

Hey checked that website, it said it's not found? I know that there are supposed to be exercises that help make vision stronger, but I don't know to what extent. If that was the case, I would think that more people would be using it, instead of getting Lasik surgery. Maybe not but you don't hear alot about programs that are proactive.

As far a websites etc, there are so many companies, website, etc that are out here that are not legit, that it will make your head swim, the Government can not monitor everything, and that is why bad people are making millions of dollars, especially on-line, the easy way to make money. If I was a scam artist, this is what I would do, and have no remorse about it. They are doing it everyday, and getting away with it. We all have been scam at one time or another.

Not saying that all companys like this are scams, just do your homework first by checking legitimate feedback, and checking with the BBB in that area.

Go online and google, vision, better vision etc. and see what comes up.

I have actually tried the rebuild your Vision program. You can read about my progress on my blog:

http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog

I did see some improvement, but I haven't done the exercises for quite a while, so I have probably negated any positive results.
