How to get a tint form...?!
Question: I have extremely sensitive eyes...they water to the point of crying in sunlight, I get headaches from squinching my eyes in the car, and I can't look at a vehicle coming towrds me at night because of the headlights. I already wear dark sunglasses, but it seems like that isn't enough. I want a tint form for my car, but I'm afraid of wasting money only to hear that I can't get one. How do I go about getting one?

I don't know about the tint for your car.
Are your dark sunglasses polarized? If they aren't, then they don't offer you any protection against the blinding glare. Try using polarized sunglasses that have a very good wrap, they will make a world of difference.
That would be something an eye doctor would have to fill out for you, so that you could take it to the DMV or give it to a police officer if you ever were pulled for your window tint being too dark.
I know someone that has glaucoma, and is allowed 5% (normally illegal on cars in my state) because of his eye condition. Talk with your eye doctor.
