Hi im 15 and have a stigmatism in my left eye..?!

Question: right when i have my glasses on i can see perfect obvo but when i close my right eye i can see out of my left but i can kinda see some black from the closure of my right eye, this affects the vision a bit. When i close my left i dont notice the blackness from the other eye as much. what i want to know is this because of my right eye having a stronger vision than my left that i notice the difference?

.....
when i was young i have been to the hospital with my vision to improve it in my left eye. Thankfully with the treatment going good i dont have to go much more and my vision has improved. but noticing this is..is it a big problem?

I wouldnt worry as I experience the same kind of thing when i close my eye and then test with the other eye as well and I have astigmatism in both my eyes. Want to know a good way to test out your theory about your right eye having the "stronger vision"

Form a little open triangle with your hands <> and hold your hands away from your face. Pick an object to focus and keep it in the open part of you triangle. Lets say I use the ask as something to focus on so i form my hand with a mini triangle..keeping the ask centered in the middle. < ask > As i bring my hand back to me to my face but keep the ask centered i end up with the triangle over my right eye. Thats how I know my right eye is the dominant eye.

your question doesn't quite make sense, but i think i know what u r saying. My left eye has an astigmatism, but my right eye doesn't, which means my right eye is a lot stronger. when i look just with my left eye, i can see ok far away, but i cant see close. then my right eye, i cant see far away, but i can see up close.. maybe you are like me and r far-sided in one eye and near-sided in the other. and if you do have an astigmatism, it makes your vision worse in that eye (or eyes)
