I had lasik done 1 year ago. There are fuzziness, light sensitivity (for some) and infection. I personally did not have any of this. I was allowed to return to normal activity 48 hrs after procedure, but with glasses. the glasses were 2-4 wks. No chlorine or eye rubbing. Remember your medicine and moisturising drops.

my uncle got it done and it did wonders for him, tho hes in the service. u can get it in ur late twenties. a lot of my family has gotten it done. and it all turned out great
Side effects will be as unique as the procedure to correct your specific optical needs. I had my surgery done on Friday and was back to normal with 20/20 vision on Monday. In my case, the side effects were halos around lights especially driving at night for about eight weeks, and extreme sensitivity to sunlight. I wear a good pair of sunglasses to this day. The first few days I felt itchy but my eye drops provided comfort.
Costs vary drastically, but your main consideration should be your comfort and trust with your ophthalmologist and medical staff. A referral from someone you know is also a good idea.
