Answers: Yes, eating carrots will help your eyesight. Also eating acai berry will help improve your vision.

ive been ating carrts veryday and I have perfect sigh

NOOO!!!!! i tried doing that, along with drinking carrot juice b/c my eyesight is bad...and i got sick...something called carotenia from too much vitamin a in carrots (beta carotene) and i felt depressed and sick for a month!!! carrots r good for u! they maintain ur health including eyes but i doubt if any improvement can occur, just get laser surgery if u have cash moneyyy.

Supposedly, the vitamin A found in carrots is good for the eyes. Red peppers are also supposed to be good. I can tell you that i love red peppers and eat tones of carrots and I've got horrible eye sight. A doctor would tell you no because they don't beleive in vitamins. But hey, you've got nothing to loose because theyre really good for you anyways :)

As long as you don't poke your eye out with it!!!

Your vision could improve if you have a vitamin A deficiency. In America, vitamin A deficiencies are rare since it is added in so many of the foods we eat. It is always a good to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables for your body and your eyes, and don't forget to exercise regularly.

If you mean, lessen the need for glasses, no.

Carrots are healthy food, but no better than other fruits and veggies. Poor eyesight, skin and bone disorders, mental disorders are all part of Vit A deficiency and including fruits, veggies and fortified milk in your diet will prevent it. Vit A deficiency is found only in starving people, highly unlikely you have it.

If it were possible to devise a diet deficient in vitamin A, then Vitamin A would restore dim light vision to someone who needed it.

ya it does help
