Which is the most common range of prescriptions?!

Question: which are the most usual prescriptions opticians give everyday?
( I mean is it between +/-0.50 and 1.00 ?or +/-2.00 and +/-4.00 ?and so forth)

Is -3.00 considered a mild, average or fairly strong one?

I don't know if it is the same all over, but if I go through 100 files, probably 75 % will be between +/- 1:00 to -2.50

And probably 60% of those will also have some astigmatism correction also.

I consider -3.00 as moderate..( between mild and strong)...but some still consider it as mild...there is no real classification system, it's just a term the Dr. uses to explain it to the layman.
