Yes, you need to change your glasses.
Since you can't drive at night anymore, go get a new pair of glasses for driving at night and only for driving at night. Otherwise, your nearsightedness will continue to get worse, as describe here: (see the graph How Myopia Progresses)

Yes, change it back to your old glasses when you are not driving at night. Remove your glasses for prolonged close work or your nearsightedness will continue to get worse.
i would say yes, if you can no longer see clearly.
Remember you have to change them every year as well as get a check up.
