Why is the sclera in my eye darker?!

Question: It used to be pure white, yet now, that I've checked its become alittle darker, people said they have noticed....why is it darker?

a bluish gray sometimes means that the sclera is thinning. more pigmented people, ie, african american or indian decent, have more pigment in general and sometimes that can collect in the sclera.

if it is yellow . you may be jaundiced. this is a symptom of liver disease
