Question:
Does the computer really wreck your eyes? How can you eliminate it from doing so?
Answers:
No it does not wreck your eyes, rather it puts more stress on the eyes and the brain at the same time. The stress put on either the eyes and/or the brain then in turn causes damage to the optical nerve system. To reduce or eliminate the risk, take short breaks, say between an hour while using the computer for a prolonged period of time or blink your eyes as usual/normal rather then staring at the screen for hours. Also wash your eyes during the breaks as this helps avoids the dryness from staring at the screen. Buy a Anti Glare Screen that will reduce the glare from the screen and most importantly use the computer in a well lit room with sufficient and bright lights.
