I was told that i need corneal transplant,cause of scarring,is there any other options?

if the cornea is severly damaged their are unfortunately no other real options for you. once the cornea is scarred it will remain that way. you may not be bothered enough by your vision to have the surgery i would discuss it with your doctor if glasses can help at all. corneal transplants can sometimes reject and you may have to have multiple surgeries, having the transplant will also require you to use steroid drops for the rest of your life...i hope all goes well good luck
