I Just got my contacts, and I need help?

I put them in twice at the contacts place, but I can't get them in again. Any suggestions?????????

place the lens on your hand, pour a considerable amount of solution and rub it gently with your finger, place the lens on your index finger and make sure the shape is perfect (convex - like a cup) hold your eye open with the other hand and try not to close it or panic, look up, place the lens on the white part (cornea), move your eyeball around until the lens fits perfectly and blink once or twice until youre satisfied it's on. good luck!
