Hun when it comes to eyeglass lenses and scratching the best thing is prevention!!!
You need to be very careful with your plastic lenses because they do scratch very easily even with the scratch resistant coating. When they are not on your face they are in the case!!!
As for those scratch removal products they do not work... they may get rid of the scratch but they actually make the lens look worse...
Also buffing would not work because it would change the optics of the lens!
You can get your lens replaced or just hang in there until you are due for new RX and can get new lenses then.... depending on how badly they are scratched.
In the future it would be a good idea to get the ultra tough scratch resistant coating. This still does not mean your lenses will be scratch proof... but this coating will provide more protection from scratching!!!
