Question: Feel like pulled a muscle in the center of my chest. It's a constant pain?
PS I actually kinda need to be at my college early tomorrow for a video shoot tomorrow; but at this moment I think I am going to tell them I am not coming. I am pretty much an extra camera person in case someone doesn't show.

I have this as well. I still haven't gotten an answer to what it could be. the other person says it could be GERD. but i have already tried to adjust my diet. and that didn't work, so that couldn't be it. I'm overweight as well. I also have trouble sleeping. even if it is GERD, there are not treatment options out there as the PPI medications don't even work and cause other problems.
It also couldn't be asthma. i have used an inhaler prescribed by my doctor and that really didn't work.
costochondrotis(inflammation of chest muscle) it could be.
Sounds like GERD or gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is more prevalent in overweight/obese people. Stop over-eating, eating spicy or oily foods, tomato-based foods and tomatoes or anything highly acidic. You should speak with your doctor as well. Feel better
Ok if it hurts to breathe, more than likely it is actually a misaligned rib. While it could be intercostal neuritis ( pain in the muscles between the ribs), a rib would be much more common and can easily be corrected by a good chiropractor. I would recommend that you start with chiropractor and see if the can help.
I really wish you the best
