What did I do to my back?!
Question: What did I do to my back?
So I did, as I did my back popped and my eyesight started to fuzz. (Black dots, you know that feeling of blacking out). My heart beat went a bit faster (Because I had began to panic). I had some trouble breathing, (Not because of my heart), and so I leaned up against the wall. We have dance in the wrestling room, so it wasn't a hard surface. After a few minutes of my freaking out, my vision went back to normal, and my breathing wasn't shallow.
I did a self assessment, such as thinking of the day (Thursday, April 7th, 2011) to make sure I didn't have head trauma. I then concentrated on my body. (Wiggling my toes, moving my legs slowly) As I moved my legs slowly my lower back started to hurt only a little (Not too much). So I got to my arms, moved my arms, and I could wiggle my fingers and when I shrugged my shoulders the upper back area started to hurt, too. It hurt to laugh (My friends were trying to cheer me up, bless their soul) so I went to get some water with my friend. I had my hand on my upper back so that I could make sure nothing was popping when I walked. It's been transferring from my upper back to my lower back. As of now I'm icing my back, and laying in a comfortable position.
I am unable to go to the doctors right now.

That actually happened to me a few years ago, and the doctors said that I had temporarily pinched a nerve in my back. It went away after a while, but it was painful. I had the same symptoms you described. I had to crawl around on my hands and knees for a while, but within a few hours I was just about fine. The doctors told me that once you pinch a nerve like I did (I was jumping on a mattress when it broke under me), you can easily pinch it again. I hope you feel better soon! =)
