I have kidney stones? No pain?!
Question: I have kidney stones? No pain?
Answers:
My kidney stones were accidentally found during a CT Scan for my back injury.
They caused me no pain UNTIL they were passing.
Kidney stones only hurt once they start moving along the ureters to the bladder, then again when passing out the urethra.
You will know when your stones are moving.

I highly doubt you have passed the stones yet, or that they have even moved to a position that would cause even slight discomfort. When this happens, and it will, it's going to be TERRIBLE pain.
I've had kidney stones on 3 occasions.
