What is the best way to fall asleep?
I work a lot on my feet at starbucks, and when I get home, I am dead tired.
However, I can't fall asleep well, at all. I usually get home by 11pm, and don't fall asleep until 3 am. I don't try to stay awake, granted, some nights there's something going on.
What's the best (non-prescription) way to fall asleep when you're so tired, but just can't get there?
Answers:
Calcium is a natural sleep inducer. Drinking milk or eating a small amount of cheese will do the trick. It does for me!
