Eat infection?!

Eat infection?

I am on Augmentin 875 mg. It's day 5/10 and nothing really has changed...It got a lot worse on day 2 and I had to take painkillers...now its a bit better but there is still sharp pains, clogged at night but not day. The right side of my face was a little swelled but it has gone down a bit.. What is going on? Should I go back to the doctor early, or wait until its all gone?

EAT INFECTION OMG I meant ear infection!

Give the antibiotic time to work. Try sleeping with your head elevated, it may help with the clogging.
